About Me

History of My Biography

My name is Dr. Sulaiman Inuwa, a native of Zaria City, Kaduna State. I attended Kofar Gayan Primary School in Zaria City from 1971 to 1977 and obtained a First School Leaving Certificate. Subsequently, I enrolled at Government Secondary School (GSS), Zaria, now Alhudahuda College, Zaria, from 1978 to 1983. Afterward, I pursued studies at the School of Basic Studies, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where I obtained an IJMB Certificate. I furthered my education at the Nigeria Civil Aviation Training Centre, now Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria, specializing in Aeronautical Engineering and Avionics.

Upon completion of my studies, I joined the Civil Aviation Flying Unit (CAFU) as a maintenance engineer under the Federal Ministry of Aviation. After four years of service, I resigned in 1999 to pursue entrepreneurship. Additionally, during my childhood, I served as a Massinger for my mother to her father, an Islamic Scholar and Traditional Medicine Practitioner in Kusfa, Zaria City, which sparked my interest in herbal medicine. Since 1973, I have been actively learning and practicing herbal medicine.

What further motivated me into the practice was a sermon I heard in 1997 after a congregational prayer near “AYA” in Abuja. The Imam emphasized the rewards of benefiting others’ well-being, leading me to channel my resources into herbal medicine. I sought knowledge from individuals aged 70-100, who possess vast experience in herbal medicine, which propelled me into the limelight of herbal medicine.

My History on How I Came About Practicing Herbal Medicine

Growing up, I received herbal medications from my grandfather whenever I fell sick, instilling in me a curiosity and eagerness to learn his knowledge. I shadowed him closely, absorbing knowledge about various herbs and their uses.

Methodology of Practice

Drawing from my aviation training, where precision is paramount to safeguarding lives, I apply a zero mistake tolerance approach in my herbal medicine practice. Similar to aviation procedure and practices, I prioritize thoroughness and accuracy to ensure patients’ safety and well-being.
